As of August 30, 2004, we will be buying green red and white oak lumber at the following prices:

The specifications for the lumber are as follows:  Four quarter (4/4) Oak, cut not less than 1 1/8"
in thickness.  Boards over 1 3/8" not accepted.  Lumber must be at least 6 feet long and no longer than 16 feet.
Separation of lengths:    6' to 9'                        10' to 12'                        14' to 16


Heart Centers not to exceed 5% of load.  Please trim off slab ends to improve appearance of lumber.  
All grades must be cut full thickness to be tallied and graded.
Cull lumber will be held for 15 days after date of inspection.
ALL LUMBER GRADED PER NATIONAL HARDWOOD LUMBER ASSOCIATION RULES.
